Good but communication/responses could be improved

Initial experience was disappointing when Matt Hanlon was on leave and open house was managed by Angelo Huynh. Angelo was not across detail, did not respond and overall poorly manage the open house. Improved significantly once Matt was back. Matt however is difficult to get hold of, and does not call back when requested. That being said when there was an issue that required prompt attention Matt did sort out quickly
