I have been told that my tenant has a critical family problem and the unit has been damaged. Mariott Lane agent has promptly informed me and getting the damage fixed. He suggested we keep the tenant in this difficult time and I am also happy to support her by a small reduction in rental fee. As we are all in the same society, I am happy that the agent demonstrated his empathy towards the tenant (well done!) and professionalism to have the unit continue to be rented to next tenant without any distress.
