Best property manager on the North Shore
I chose Marriott Lane to handle the rental of an investment unit in Wollstonecraft in 2009 as I did not have a good rapport with the agent who sold the property to me. I could not have been happier with the service and attention to detail given to me over the years. Georgina Koeninger, in particular , is a superlative property manager, always approachable, very knowledgable , always returns phone calls and emails. I took away the rental agreement from another property with another agent to give to Georgina to manage as the difference in the way I was treated as a vendor was between the two agencies was huge. I recommended my son use Georgina to manage the rental of his unit in Manly whilst he was overseas, and even though this was out of area ,Georgina did a great job managing that unit too. Marriott Lane pride themselves as being different to other managing agencies , and I wholeheartedly agree, and would urge anyone tossing up between a few agencies to at least speak with Marriott Lane first before you sign with anyone else. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
