In September 2021, my apartment was severely impacted by a wild storm, resulting in structural damage and water ingress. I was particularly impressed by the team's ability to schedule and accommodate the various professionals involved, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Throughout the nine-month period that followed, Marriott Lane Real Estate continued to exhibit exceptional professionalism and commitment. The team's unwavering support played a vital role in the successful completion of a major renovation project while my property was off the market. This renovation included a wall knockout, a new kitchen, new cupboards, balcony tiles, blinds, a fresh coat of paint & etc. There was a lot going on and Marriott Lane was there to support me at every turn while managing hundreds of other apartments. I must also commend Marriott Lane Real Estate for their exemplary management of the property accounts during this period when my apartment was off the market.
