•Have had a great experience as a Landlord so far with Marriott Lane: - Quick to respond (First agent to revert across the panel that was emailed) to a leasing request for proposal - RFP Response included ML’s professional brief over services, along with written responses to specific questions I had - Met in person (the managing agents who would handle the day-to-day activities), 2 days later post email RFP response to go over priorities and what is most meaningful to me, key timelines, and what I would value as part of a managing agent arrangement. Also discussed current rental market environment specific to the area where my property is located and was provided an estimated rental rate (desktop*, without seeing the property in person) - Able to commence leasing campaign 2 days after granting access to the property, this included physical inspection, reaffirm original rental estimate, marketing photos being completed and advertisements being posted on major channels - Extremely seamless handover between the agents at ML with staff on leave or out of office. Various agents across the case - Daily summary on prospective tenant applications, recommended shortlist following in person viewing, team at ML always returned phone calls before end of the day if missed - Property leased in line with expectations and tenant moved in, all in less than 1 week - Able to have tradespeople in immediately to remedy any works prior to tenant moving in - Overall, would summarise the experience as working with an extremely professional and capable firm. Very pleased that I had decided to go with Marriott Lane
