Excellence is rare...

but it is attainable - as demonstrated in spades during the last decade of our relationship with Matthew Hanlon and Marriott Lane. The phrase "consummate professional" is overused but that is what Matthew is. He is beyond question the most diligent, considered, intelligent and effective leasing agent and property manager we have seen in over 4 decades and dealing with dozens of agents. Not taking anything for granted, including his relationship with us and our tenants, is only one of his many outstanding attributes. Our approach is to partner with our tenants and to provide an outstanding product at a fair rent which is not raised capriciously. Matthew understands that and the value of long term relationships to the benefit of both landlord and tenant. The seamless integration of both the leasing and managing agent role which Marriott Lane adopts is a standout feature of the agency and also makes for a far more effective partnership - again due to Matthew's outstanding execution of both those roles. It is amazing that other agencies do not adopt this model as it is far better for both landlord and tenant. Then again maybe they've tried and there are just not enough Matthew Hanlons to go around.
