Disappointing this time around

MLREA has handled two tenancy acquisitions for me: the first in 2020 went like clockwork, absolutely happy. Second one in recent month has been disappointing, as I've needed to follow-up my agent too many times on questions. The overlooking of basics (one being confirmation of tenancy when it was established - I was left in dark and had to ask for copy of Tenancy Agreement) and another regarding payments from tenant. Additionally there was confusion about whether a professional clean was done between tenants, and whether a Condition Report was definitely done (of which I am still awaiting a copy). This is especially disappointing as the agent involved had been so reliable and efficient first time.
