•We were selling an almost 50-years old apartment in Wollstonecraft, which was an investment property. We selected Marriott Lane, as they were the managing agents for the apartment for more than two decades. The sales process went very well. Stuart has decades of sales experience in this geographic area. He mapped out the major events and timeline for the sales campaign. His fee proposal was also quite good. He gave us very valuable advices about how to prepare the unit for sale, specifically about painting, new carpets, and staging. He organised the various tradespeople, for a reasonable prices (we could judge those, as we have some experience with investments properties). Stuart advised us about the outcome of each inspection events. His advice was also very useful when we had to decide between accepting a pre-auction offer or taking the unit to auction. All-an-all, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Stuart and Marriott Lane.
