5/13 Belmont Street Wollstonecraft

I met Stuart the day before the auction which was my first day also of viewing the property. I found Stuart very helpful with good suggestions on how I could improve the unit. He had a strata report which was extremely useful as I decided on the first viewing to bid for the property the next day. My overall experience from viewing to buying the property was a pleasant experience in what can be a very stressful environment. I would highly recommend Surat to any prospective seller or buyer.

Stuart Howard in particular, and Marriott Lane in general, deliver on both buying and selling fronts

We bought our investment unit from Stuart Howard at Marriott Lane in 2000 and were delighted that he was able to handle the sale for us by auction this year. Stuart was the perfect agent. He had never hassled us for business, but when we signalled a few months ago that we were thinking about selling he just quietly kept us informed with sales data for the area, and with information about how we could present the property at its best without being foolish about renovations. He is calm and friendly, explains things very clearly and logically, and most of all just knows the area of Wollstonecraft like the back of his hand. We felt extremely secure during the entire process and certainly took his advice, right through to the auction last week. It was our first auction experience but thanks to Stuart's careful preparation we found it a very happy one. Every detail was thought out and applied to our particular situation. Stuart took more than 120 groups through our property and on each occasion rang us with initial feedback which was then followed up with a detailed written report. This meant that by the time auction day came around we had a reasonable idea of likely interest and were able to suggest a reserve we felt comfortable with. Of course we were utterly delighted when the property sold for considerably more than we had dared to hope for. We credit Stuart Howard's expertise, knowledge and diligence for that additional gain. A thoroughly knowledgeable, likable, hard working agent who we can recommend without any hesitation.
