Very professional service and a great result

We got a good realistic estimate of value before appointment, and sensible advice on how to proceed, in a situation complicated by extensive building works by our strata, affecting our unit at the same time. When 2 prospective buyers made offers Shant successfully conducted a competitive process between them, producing a winning bid at the top of the estimated price range, so we were very pleased with resulting sale price. Shant was most helpful in assisting a quick exchange of contracts before Christmas which enabled a settlement without any holiday delay, We were grateful for this quick action, as we had no rent from the unit since our last tenant left in August - nearly 6 months ago. Shant was also efficient in ensuring the prompt settlement and dealing with our queries or requests throughout. He was always courteous and friendly in his dealings with us and we are pleased to provide a high rating for him.
