Painless Process

Stephen was extremely helpful in the purchase process of our apartment. He kept the conversation reasonable and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We initially met Stephen during a different property Stephen and Stuart were selling which did not end up working out due to the strata committee not accepting our pet application for our dog. Stephen thoughtfully reached out to us when a unit within our criteria came up that he proactively confirmed had other dogs in the building, which meant we were not likely to run into the same unfortunate circumstances as before. That being said, we are now proud owners of that unit and we are pleased to say that Stephen made an already difficult search a much more pleasant experience. We feel the negotiation process was fair and would recommend Stephen for anyone looking to sell or purchase their property!
