As our property was not a very desirable type for the purchasers with the price level we preferred which was very challenging to sell at that time. We tried some other agents to market our property to sell however the result was not positive. As we had to sell in that price level for our new home as soon as possible, so we were disappointed and frustrated then. However, it was a perfect time to know how good an agent is when selling a property in a challenging situation. Finally, we decided to list our property to Sophie to give it a try. As a matter of result, Sophie presented that she was the best reliable and most talent agent -- she found the best suitable purchasers and got the very acceptable offer at the same day, then sold our property at the same day!!! Listed and sold in one day!!!! This was unbelievable and fantastic!!!! We were really impressed with Sophie, she is very knowledgeable and super effective!!
