I am a little bit of a thrill seeking real estate agent who successfully developed a career as a top performing sales agent working my way up the real estate ladder from the hard-hitting markets of 2003/2004 into the 2017 boom. I forged my career in residential sales in 2004 and have constantly been working on ways to develop my skills and the way real estate is marketed embracing new technologies and ideas. After 20 years in Real Estate Sales, and previously working at Highland Property for 12 years I decided to open my own real estate business in 2020 to provide the market with a boutique, genuine and fresh approach to selling and managing property in the Sutherland Shire. I know what it takes to offer a premium service to my clientele and I am glad to be able to offer it along with a boutique feel. I am genuine in my approach and my expertise in understanding the local market is unmatched by many local agents. I believe in offering a versatile approach to selling on every deal and I always put my clients first. The best part is my service doesn’t finish once the property is sold! Born and bred in the Sutherland Shire, I have a love of all the area has to offer from the Beaches, to the golf courses, the Royal National Park and the Port Hacking river - there’s so much to enjoy about this wonderful area. I have lived in the Sutherland Shire all my life and have lived in Cronulla for the past six years. As a young person growing up in this family friendly environment, where education, beaches and sports are a way of life is very special. I have been fortunate to have joined Matt Callaghan Real Estate after finishing my HSC at Trinity Grammar in 2022, and am currently working through my TAFE certification. Matt has a superb understanding of the selling process and was an excellent communicator throughout

Despite the on again off again nature of my sale, in a difficult market with sometimes difficult interested parties, Matt never lost his cool and objectivity. He frequently updated me on what was going on, the good and the bad. He had a nice balance of listening to my input and concerns and then giving his take on things, so we ended with a happy alignment between what I wanted and what Matt thought was possible. Totally professional with a good sense of humour. I would unreservedly recommend Matt to anyone as their property agent.

Excellent market knowledge, communicator and negotiator

Matt and his team guided us through each step of the sales process with confidence, enthusiasm and professionalism always doing what they said they would. Matt is a good person who is passionate, professional, caring and knowledgeable.

Matt does indeed have strong market knowledge and continually kept us updated on the local market and relevant sales and listings as they occurred. Great service, great result.

Matt and his team were a pleasure to work with. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the market in our area and gave a realistic appraisal of the property, with good advice on presentation of the house and garden.
