Matt has a superb understanding of the selling process and was an excellent communicator throughout

Despite the on again off again nature of my sale, in a difficult market with sometimes difficult interested parties, Matt never lost his cool and objectivity. He frequently updated me on what was going on, the good and the bad. He had a nice balance of listening to my input and concerns and then giving his take on things, so we ended with a happy alignment between what I wanted and what Matt thought was possible.
