•From the initial consult with Scott Redden at the Property he was able to call potential buyers to get the ball rolling. Scotty helped us avoid advertising costs by making contact with his clients looking for this type of purchase. The original price that was settled on was in line with what Scotty had anticipated and it was also in line with comparative prices of sold properties close by. Unfortunately the Local evaluator was not willing to take into consideration the recent sales and the fact that the valuer general three years prior had a price close to our accepted sale price. Based on this the purchaser could not borrow above the evaluation price and as we were very motivated sellers we had no choice but to accept $25,000 less than the original agreed price which was a huge hit, thanks very much MG. The service from Scotty Redden was fantastic though.
