Could not have been better

We had originally agreed with another real estate agent to look after our sale but we then met Matt at an open house display. We were looking for someone who was local and able to make decisions on the spot. Most other agents generally need to refer to others for some of the decision making. Matt and his wife Jenni were easily approachable and their knowledge of the area is second to none. His negotiation skills are exceptional as there were several occasions when he offered-without our request- to negotiate and resolve the problems. Both he and Jenni kept us informed at all times both by email and personal regular visits to our home. We are extremely grateful for their support which made the sale of the house so much easier.
