•My experience with Andrew Patterson was quite exceptional and he achieved an even better sale price than I was anticipating. Other sales agents were keen to sell the property for me, but were quoting me a selling price so much less than what I paid for the property in 2014. I had the same property on the market in 2018/2019 for 8 months without a single offer. Andrew was very knowledgable and had his finger on the pulse of the real estate market highs and lows. Andrew was always courteous, attentive and kept me informed of progress after each home open. He also updated me on a regular basis of any interest by potential buyers. Andrew went above and beyond, liaising with my rental agent, the tenants and the buyers with home opens and final inspections. He perservered and kept me encouraged about the sale of my property, even when the buyers put in a subject to sale offer. Andrew was even kind enough to help me out with organising repair work that needed to be completed before settlement. In spite of having back to back transactions for my property settlement, it went through seamlessly and without a hitch. I am so grateful to Andrew for all his help and especially that he achieved the price I hoping for.
