Great Price, Quick turnaround and lots of Communication!

We actually bought this house with Alan as the agent a few years ago and had a great experience as buyers so naturally we requested him to come and appraise our home. As first time sellers, we weren't sure how things worked or what we were signing up too - so I would definitely recommend asking as many as questions as you can if you are unsure, we weren't as confident and didn't ask the questions we should have! His follow up and communication throughout the process has been amazing - updates and additional information and recommendations to get our house in the best state possible to sell. He ended up getting us a great price, with our house only being on the market for just over a week which was incredible. Would definitely recommend using Alan as an agent who is passionate about his job and getting his vendors the best possible price!
