Number 1 Selling Agent in Ferndale

David's success rate in selling properties is outstanding. I first met him when I went to one of his 'Home Open' properties 14 years ago and have just recently used him to sell a property for me. I bought a house through him because he is professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. The house has been a very good investment over the years so when I recently decided it was time to sell I contacted him again. As a former Real Estate Sales person myself, I had a fair idea of what the property was likely to sell for. I got a couple of other appraisals, including David's and could see that the other Agent was way overpricing the property in my opinion, so I went with David's appraisal. He had done his homework, knew the property (as he does with nearly every house in Ferndale) and I was convinced he would be the best Agent for the job. He and his excellent Team were amazing and resourceful with their marketing (which I happily paid for as I knew it would be money well spent). I highly recommend David Milkovits to anyone looking to buy a house in the area and especially if you are seriously thinking of selling. Having an Agent who is as capable as David can take a lot of the stress out of selling what is probably the biggest financial decision you are every likely to make.
