Worst experience ever

I purchased the house knowing I had my work cut out for me, giving the sellers a price which benefited themselves. Clint sold me a house with a leaking pool, this was not part of the scope of expenses. Near $30,000 just for the pool Clint turned his back on my partner and myself. All I can say if you want a house in WA DON'T USE THIS REALESTATE.
