Dave was the first agent we spoke to (among many) who took the time to explain everything to us. As first home buyers we were not aware of the whole process and Dave made it easy. Inspections were held in a nice uniform manner and one of the only properties we were asked to remove shoes, which was expected and appreciated Dave was such a pleasure to do business with and if we ever decide to sell or buy another property, we will be in touch.
