A Standing Ovation!

From the minute Brett walked through our front door we knew we were in fabulous hands. He was patient, listened carefully to our thoughts and possible expectations for our property before making judgement or commenting. He knew the area well and certainly did all of his market research prior to attending our visit. Furthermore he belived in our property and our style. He suggested possible conversations that a potential buyer may look for and whether we felt as though we would need to action any possible items or be happy with the outcome we could receive. Our property went on the market and within the week sold for the amount we were hoping to achieve, all handlings by Brett & his staff along with his co-worker Anton were to exceptional standards.
