We first met Tim in mid 2015 after my siblings and I acquired our parent’s long term residence and commenced the consideration for its future. Over the four and a half years, until the decision in October 2019 to sell the house, there were times we chose to turn to Tim for his informed feedback. At no stage did Tim ever transgress the line in being anything other than totally helpful, supportive and informative. As much as this was appreciated, due diligence was to dictate, the need to engage with other agents prior to proceeding with the process of selling. We fell in love with Torquay and immediately knew it would be our new home. We looked at some rental and also properties for sale and then we found the dream home. As we were purchasing from overseas and there were lots of hurdles to jump but Tim’s expertise and knowledge guided us through a somewhat lengthy process ( caused by lending institutions and government bodies). Tim was an excellent mediator between vendor and purchaser who conveyed clear and precise messages between both parties where some compromise and understanding was required. We are now happily the owners of our new house and look forward to our new lives in Torquay and we are sure the deal would have fallen over if it wasn’t for Tim Carson.
