Easy to do business with.
From the moment Tim provided an appraisal on the property to the moment Tim provided us a settlement offer it was a simple and effortless dealing in selling our house. We were kept in contact with inspection times and results and Tim supplied a settlement offer jn the time frame we were expecting. We couldn't recommend any one more highly.

Smooth and effortless sale.

Throughout the sale of my aged father's residence I always found Geoff to be approachable and hard working. I liked the way he backed up our discussions regarding price alteration with data from real estate sites and he always touched base with me a couple of times a week or daily when necessary. The experience was a sale at approximately 3 months on the market.

Real Estate made Easy

Tim was really professional, but with a relaxed, easy going style.
I had originally engaged another agent. After 3 months with no success I contacted Tim. He was very gracious as I had spoken to him originally. In three days he had the place sold, at a slightly higher price than our original agent had tried to get us to drop down to.

Fantastic, engaging & great communicator
Tim was fantastic with us. He sold our block of land quickly once we went over to him (it was on the market for 8m before hand). He’s honest, trustworthy, a great communicator, knows his stuff and a great guy. Would definitely sell through him again
