I would recommend Tim and the team at McCartney’s as a sales agency. We purchased from Tim and then used Tim as our agent to sell our individual townhouses. Tim was great to give advice on the local area and the needs of local people, especially as a dad with young kids and a long term local. Tim clearly loves what he does and he does it so well. We found Tim to be polite and respectful. Any issues we had were dealt with professionally and swiftly. Tim always made time for us, even touching base during the development for a market update or to give some advice. You won’t find a better sales agent than Tim Carson in Torquay.
