Loch Ard Drive, Torquay property sale.

Firstly i would like to prefix my review by revealing the fact that i have an extensive history in real estate sales for Ray White and Elders in S.A.. The other co-owner, my brother Brandon who is a Professor in Bioscience and CEO in charge of a world leading medical institution employing over 600 people. It goes without saying to describe us both as having high expectations of those providing services to us and being somewhat particular in the manner in which these services are provided. We thoroughly researched the local Torquay market place and were specifically intent in finding the right company and indeed the right person to represent us. In a clinical sense our goal was to create a 'short list' of those whom we regarded to be likely candidates to act on our behalf. Armed with our 'list' we agreed to meet in Torquay and conduct a series of interviews of local and nearby agencies to find the right company/person. Ultimately the list was short. In fact the only name on that list was Tim Carson, who we also determined was a principal at McCartney Real Estate. After having spoken to Tim we were presented with a very detailed presentation of information and marketing intentions that summarily saved us the cost and inconvenience of travelling from QLD. & SA to decide on agents. We were at that point already convinced that McCartney's were the right agency and that Tim had that special set of skills that we were looking for. Tim Carson is a peoples people! His understanding of the local market, prices, marketing and selling techniques were unquestionably of the highest standard.We never our intention to sign up with an agent 'sight unseen" and in hindsight would probably never consider acting this way in other future property sales in areas outside of Torquay. In Tim's case we were certain from day 1 that we have found our agent. Tim Carson works tirelessly from start to finish and the result was beyond our expectations. A rare and special person.
