Highly Recommended agent

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brett Swan during our search and subsequent purchase of our home on the Surf Coast. Initially this was through our enquires and we found Brett both knowledgeable and also extremely accommodating even after we had rejected a few properties. Although this is part and parcel of an agents job description Brett didn't push properties that we weren't interested in. He initially listened to what we were looking for and provided the correct type of properties for us to look at. What made Brett stand out was his knowledge about the area and what we were looking at and it was more like talking to a friend rather than an agent. There was never an inkling that we were being played which is what is expected in the real estate game. Where Brett proved his worth was when dealing with some difficult vendors who were continually changing what they would accept and conditions. Our price was never an issue. Brett was able to represent the vendors without white anting us during these negotiations. Having dealt with a few agents in my time I found Brett to be true to his word, he did not play games and provided solid advice and guidance to get this protracted sale over the line. Would have no issues in recommending Brett Swan or the agency as we dealt with another agent at the start who was very similar to Brett.
