We have been using Belle Property to manage my property since purchasing it. During the entire time we have been associated with them, the service they have offered has been impeccable. As interstate owners Belle has notified us immediately of any legislation changes, maintenance issues and tenant queries as soon as they arise. If maintenance was required they sourced reputable and price comparable contractors to do the required work. Always negotiating for bulk discounts should several owners require the same work done. To say we were happy with the service provided from Bell property managing our investment would be an understatement. John Santos was the real-estate agent used to sell the property recently, his dedication to serve the sale of the property was awesome, he advised us every step of the way, from putting it out as an EOI ( wasn’t sure if I was going to sell) and finalising the sale in less than 4 weeks negotiating a sale price we were more than happy with.
