Review by very happy couple

After having an appraisal from an opposition agent 9 month earlier, Tyler thoroughly reviewed the market & recommended that the farm at Mudgee should bring up to approximately 60% more than the previous estimate from the opposition agent. This increase in sale price could not be simply be said to be as a result of the rising property market. After great effort on Tyler's behalf & recommending that we use the OPENN Auction system, he organised a photographer who used a Drone, a still & move camera, assisted in rearranging furniture, & together created by most viewers opinions a tremendous video that was placed on line. The inquiries were overwhelming, & the negations on Tylers behalf were carried out well into the evenings. The final result was over the agreed Reserve by 5.5% or $60,000. Tyler also being an integral team member of McDolald Lawson Stock & Station Agents, assisted in rounding up our stock & taging & marking our cattle, which were eventually sold by Auctions Plus at what is believed to be a record price for Highlands in the Mudgee area, for two cows 1 Heifer & 1 Bull Calf, they topped $23,000. Both my wife & myself highly recommend Tyler, as his youth, enthusiasm & experience enable him to apply all of his efforts to achieve the best results for his clients.
