Great outcome in an uncertain market

Selling our house was complex as we put it up for sale in an uncertain market. It was necessary to have a purchaser who could proceed without the need to sell their property first. While there were a number of prospective purchasers interested in our property, unfortunately due to the necessity for them to sell their property first they were unable to make an offer.
