Lauren and Montanah are always so great at communicating and keeping us as landlords up to date. Whenever there is an issue they always have a plan to get it sorted with minimal help from us. A really great stress free experience.

A positive experience I would recommend

I had a great experience with McGrath in finding a rental property. This proved to be particularly challenging as I did not possess a rental history however McGrath staff, particularly Montanah, were happy to help answer any questions and provided clear communication. The application process was simple and streamlined - and did not require any random codes to apply for properties. The agents arrived punctually when opening inspections, and were always contactable. The process of securing a rental was made clear which really helped me in a hectic time of property searching. Overall, I have had a very positive experience thus far and look forward to future dealings with McGrath Ballarat.
