Buyer Beware: Lack of Transparency and Trust

Having purchased property before, I can honestly say this has been the most disappointing experience I have had with a selling agent. Property transactions are built on trust, transparency, and professional integrity. Unfortunately, I found this agent to lack all three. There were repeated instances where information provided was inconsistent, and once these issues started coming to light, the agent became increasingly unresponsive rather than addressing concerns openly and honestly. Instead of taking responsibility and having a transparent conversation, there was a tendency to hide behind technicalities and legal excuses while displaying a petty and unprofessional attitude. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes. My advice to future buyers is simple: proceed with caution With this agent.
