Live in me, rent me out fix me up or knock me down, just take a look, get your foundations laid, for this home is on a great sized block with so much you can do or not do. I have no idea why I have not sold, as I'm in a great spot in Batehaven, located centrally to all amenities and have really great views over Batehaven and Tollgates. I am very solid and have 3 huge( I mean huge ) bedrooms, lovely garden area, tandem garage, and did I mention it's cheap?
