A Six Year Project Starting to Come Together

I have been looking in the Batemans Bay area for a number of years and after seeing what I thought looked like a promising property for a coastal retreat I made a quick trip down there for a look. Bec was very helpful, gave me what I considered good information about the property and the upcoming Auction which was the following Saturday morning. We're in the throws of the period up to settlement and again both Bec and the Vendor have been more than helpful with my questions and "Left Field" requests, its been a good experience, Bec has been a very professional and knowledgeable agent and as I don't buy a house that often made the process a smooth one for me.
