Personal and in control

James has a very unique approach, he lays all the options on the table from best to worst, finds real market comparable properties and gives several recommendations to suit different scenario's yet always re-iterates the fact that YOU are in control. James is also unique in the way that he never spoke ill of any competitor agent or any comparable property listed with other agencies. Genuine, friendly, down to earth country boy with the best interests of all at heart. We got for our property exactly what he predicted we would and it was only on the market for 5 weeks in an area that traditionally has an 18 month sell time and sold for above market average price. This was due to the selective nature of inspections, "filtering out the tyre kickers" as it would seem and always having the utmost concern for the privacy of my wife and young children. Definitely recommend.
