Communication was excellent - frequent, punctual and explanatory. I really began to understand the process clearly. Nick fully explained the state of the market and how long the sale could take. He also advised me about the range of price for negotiation. I had never sold a property before so I was quite unused to the process. Nick was so patient in answering my questions. Paper work can be rather tedious and with unfamiliar legal terms. Nick was always there to help.
