She truly is an expert in the local market and we always felt assured that we were in good hands with Tracey and McGrath. We never felt pressured or rushed through any of it and in the end are very happy with our new property and have found a new neighbor and friend for life in Tracey. Now we are tenanting the property out, using McGrath as our property manager, and Amy Bennett and her team are just as welcoming and competent, and the process has been seamless so far.
