I have had the opportunity to work with the team at McGrath Beerwah with Rachael Young acting as my Property Manager. I found Rachael to be very front footed, a pleasant style, approach and manner, responsive, and always focussed on ensuring both my needs as landlord and the tenants needs were met. I appreciated the way Rachael worked together to ensure all elements of property management were attended to and for the proactive manner she worked with the variety of stakeholders at any given time. No issue was too big or too small, I felt a sense of peace of mind with Rachael managing the day to day especially given I did not reside in Queensland.
