Very proactive and helpful

We moved into a rental just as McGrath Beerwah took over as property managers. They had already arranged for a number of obvious issues and concerns to be fixed within the property, concerns that had be overlooked by the previous property managers (a different real estate agent). As we found additional concerns they were very quick to action requests and have been incredibly pleasant to deal with.
