Incredibly helpful, responsive and dedicated

We saw a number of Ingrid's listings and she was very up front about all of them. When we fell in love with one of them, she really helped us in the process and was forthcoming and transparent about what we were up against. She also went above and beyond helping the owners who were out of state to finalise emptying the property, sorting out donation piles and being really flexible in helping us view the property to assess what could remain. It was truly a delight to work with her, and she loves to serve the Berowra community and has a lot of knowledge and connections to help her clients or buyers like us. Definitely brought a human and comforting touch to a daunting experience.
