Mira Edwards role in selling our property

Mira was very helpful in firstly advising on the market conditions and realistic valuation range. Mira was also helpful when the sale was likely to fall through and managed to resurrect the process. Whilst our aim was for a higher price, Mira was able to negotiate with the purchasers to substantially increase their offer and we were able to reach settlement and exchange contracts. We do appreciate Mira's efforts in acting as our agent for the sale.
