Exceptional!

We feel very luck to have found Monique to sell our home. Monique worked to obtain a much higher price than we expected for our home in a short period of time. The price was so good that we chose not to go to auction. Monique's knowledge of the market, and her craft, were instrumental in the sales result. Throughout the sales campaign Monique was transparent and honest. Her communication was excellent and we never felt pressure. We did however, trust Monique with the marketing and sales process, allowing her to make the decisions in consultation with us. Monique is an expert in her field, her sales results demonstrate this. We will definitely contact Monique to support us with future sales and highly recommend her to others.
