I recently sold my apartment through McGrath agency, St Kilda, Victoria. My agent was Michael Townsend, ably assisted by Cristina Willis. Michael and Christina helped me through every part of the selling process, from assisting me with finding tradesmen and stylists and helping me decide what was and what wasn't necessary for me to spend money on, to explaining the auction process to me and alerting me to any decisions that may be necessary in that process. During the course of apartment inspections, Michael and Cristina worked tirelessly at developing relationships with interested parties and making them feel comfortable and well-informed regarding their potential purchase.
