Mel And Josh are the best agents I've had he pleasure to work with more than once

OK, so here is the scoop, there are agents and then there are agents and then there is the dynamic duo agents - Josh and Mel from McGrath in St Kilda. I had previously used these guys to sell one of my properties 3 years ago. I was extremely impressed with their advise, attitude and general knowledge of the market. We sold that property the day before auction and I was ecstatic with the result. So when I decided to sell off another chunk of my property portfolio I did not hesitate to work with them again. This last property was slightly unusual and it just needed to find the perfect new owner to fall in love with it. With some patience and perseverance Mel and Josh came through again, they sold it for me for my asking price, you can't get much better than that. I highly recommend these guys who don't stop until the job is done and all are happy.
