Great negotiater
My property was initially listed with another company who failed to sell the property even though they had it on their book for over 2 months and I was keen to sell I met Nicole and Rachelle when looking for another property. I was very impressed with their market knowledge, their energy and engaging approach. I placed my property in their hands and within a few weeks it was sold. I am so sorry I did not find them first as I believe I would have done better. However I am very grateful for all they did and could not recommend them more highly.
