Selling Songbird

Chris and Damien met with my daughter Carlie and myself to discuss the sale of my home after the death of my wife. I was presented with a folio of comparable homes that had sold in a period leading up to my listing in order to decide a fair asking price for my home. The price we settled on was a fair price not too high and not too low. I believed that my home would not be easy to sell as it had not been renovated and was substantially as built 20 years previously, nonetheless Chris and Damien patiently attended open homes and attended other enquiries as they presented. There was no negativity from Chris, Damien or their team during the listing period of almost nine months. Regular meetings were held to keep me up to date with all issues around the listing and adjustments were made constructively and by agreement of all parties. Chris and Damien represented my position in regard to sale price and all other considerations accurately and enthusiastically until they were able to bring me an offer that was worthy of consideration and that offer resulted in the sale of my home. I would recommend Chris and Damien to any person wanting to engage an honest and hard working Real Estate firm.
