Fantastic Agent!
Dave was very personable right from the outset, keen to hear what my needs were rather than simply trying to ‘get a sale’. He was able to assist me on all kinds of details which assisted me in making informed decisions, from the current rental market through to recommendations for service providers, even assisting me to have a working knowledge of some of the legal requirements. He clearly knew the market well, and assisted me at each step through the process to know what exactly what was needed. What struck me the most however was the extent to which he was prepared to assist me, understanding I was from interstate. Dave frequently went out of his way to bridge that gap, and when I commented on this he said ‘I’m simply doing for you what I would want someone to do for me if I was in your shoes’. That sums up Dave in my experience: a genuine and trustworthy agent, where what you see is what you get. I could not recommend him highly enough, and will definitely refer him to friends.

Excellent in every way
We listed our home with McGrath as they had such a great reputation and high standard of presentation and communication. We were not disappointed. The service and advice we received resulted in an above expectation result. We have sold many homes and used some good agents but David was the best. His eye for detail and communication and negotiation skills were only surpassed by his honesty and integrity. If you are selling in Bli Bli, list with David.
