Brilliant service and result

Ian got us an excellent result with selling our home in beachside Suffolk Park - super fast as well! Really sad to have moved on from this gorgeous location, but can highly recommend anyone else in the area to use Ian and Susan's services at McGrath. Both were extremely quick to return calls, follow up on queries and make sure that process was smooth for us and the tenant in the property at the time of sale. Really liked Ian's honest and direct approach, and his deep knowledge of the local market. Thanks Ian and Susan - and hope to buying up that way again some time.
