I purchased the property off Nick just under 3 years ago and when it came to selling it I went straight back to Nick to do that for me. As it is a B and B it is a very niche market within a niche market i.e. accommodation, so I figured it wouldn't sell to the first person that looked through it. Nick persisted with it over several months and never gave up and himself and Amber Lee treated each inspection as if it was the first. Their efforts were exemplary and finally we got the sale and the price we wanted within 5 months, which for a B and B, I am told is quick. Highly recommend Byron Bay McGrath and Nick and Amber-Lee.
