Zac and I are very happy with our experience renting through McGrath. Emma is our property manager, and she has been absolutely lovely — always keeping us updated and being very helpful throughout the entire process. Once we moved in, she made sure we were comfortable and even came in person to finalise a few details that hadn’t been completed before our move-in date. We’re very happy with her service and how available she’s been to answer our questions. I’d also like to mention the lady at the front desk at the Caloundra office — she was kind and helpful during my first visit to ask some questions. A special thank you to Emma and to the McGrath team!
